This example presents a map of Mexican states. A dropdown menu allows users to select a state, although the map itself does not reflect the selection. The visualization uses d3.geoPath with a Mercator projection to render state boundaries, interior borders, and graticules from a TopoJSON file. A separate CSV dataset provides waste data, but it is not currently linked to the map's visual styling. The SVG output is generated with React components.
