A world map visualizes missing migrant incidents, with each circle sized by the total number of dead and missing per location. The map uses a natural Earth projection via `d3.geoNaturalEarth1` and `d3.geoPath`, rendering land, graticules, and country borders from TopoJSON. Circle radii are scaled with `d3.scaleSqrt` based on the data’s maximum value. The visualization loads data from a CSV of Missing Migrants statistics and is built with React and D3 v7, outputting SVG.
