This pie chart shows the distribution of three Iris flower species—setosa, versicolor, and virginica—from a remote CSV file. The Chart.js library renders the chart on an HTML5 Canvas with a fixed 400×400 pixel size. Data is fetched via a Gist URL, parsed with a custom CSV parser, and species counts are computed before being passed to the chart’s dataset. The visualization disables responsive behavior and displays a legend at the top, with tooltips that label each slice with the flower count.
