This example shows a minimal HTML page displaying the text “hello svg” above an empty SVG canvas. The code uses D3 v5 loaded from a CDN, along with basic CSS styling and SVG elements. It demonstrates the simplest possible setup for a data visualization with React and D3, serving as a starting point for more complex projects. The SVG element is sized at 800 by 640 pixels, providing space for future visual content.
