This example shows a bar chart of movie counts binned by IMDB rating, using data from the Vega documentation’s movies.json file. The chart, built with the vega-lite-api, uses a markBar encoding with an IMDB_Rating field binned on the x-axis and a count on the y-axis. The visualization is rendered as SVG via vega and vega-lite, with tooltips provided by vega-tooltip and data loaded asynchronously through d3.json.
