An interactive donut chart visualizes the six Buddhist Pāramitās, with each arc sized by its value and colored from the CSV data. Clicking an arc highlights it and displays its description below. Built with D3 v7 in a React app, it uses `d3.pie()` and `d3.arc()` to generate the wheel, while CSS animations add decorative rotating rings, pulsing dots, and a glowing center jewel. The visualization reads from `data.csv` and includes a ResizeObserver for responsive dimensions.
