This example displays an interactive map of Argentina, color-coded by province and highlighting individual departments on hover. It uses a Transverse Mercator projection via `d3.geoTransverseMercator` and renders geographic features as SVG paths with `d3.geoPath`. The map loads TopoJSON data from an external GitHub repository, converting it to GeoJSON with `topojson.feature`. Zoom and pan controls are implemented through d3’s `zoom` behavior, while CSS governs the hover color change. Background styling and a transparent sphere outline frame the visualization.
