Built with D3 v7, it uses `d3.forceSimulation` with link, charge, and center forces to position nodes dynamically, while drag interactions and hover tooltips enhance exploration. The SVG rendering displays nodes as colored circles and labels, with link thickness proportional to connection value, and the data is loaded from an external CSV file.
