Built with React and D3 v7, it renders an SVG containing one colored line per country, loaded from CSV data and parsed into time series. The chart uses `d3.scaleLog` for the y-axis, `d3.scaleTime` for the x-axis, and `d3.line` to generate the paths, with axes generated via `d3.axisBottom` and `d3.axisLeft`.
