A linked-view dashboard shows a scatter plot of rtb values by day of year for a selected year (2015–2018), alongside a line chart comparing hourly temperature on a chosen day to its monthly average. Hovering over a scatter point highlights it and triggers an animated line update in the weather chart. The visualization uses d3.v6 with SVG rendering, d3.scaleLinear, d3.axisBottom/Left, and mouse events; radio buttons filter annual data, and a tooltip displays point details. Data is loaded from CSV files and parsed via custom functions.
