A world map displays missing migrant incidents as semi-transparent circles, sized by the total number of dead and missing people reported at each location. The map uses an equal Earth projection with graticules and country borders, rendered as SVG paths via `d3.geoPath` and topojson features. Circle radii are scaled with `d3.scaleSqrt` based on data from a CSV file, and the visualization is built with React, D3 v5, and the `useWorldAtlas` and `useData` hooks.
