Clicking a block in the Talasari or Jawhar block map zooms into that shape and filters the view to just its sub-features. The D3 v5 code uses `d3.geoMercator` and `d3.geoPath` to render the GeoJSON polygons, while `d3.zoom` handles pan and zoom transitions. A back button resets the map to the full district view. SVG paths trigger the zoom-to-bounding-box interaction with a smooth animated transition.
