Six years of monthly data (2009–2014) appear as animated bar charts, with bars growing from the bottom and recolored by a quantile scale as the user drags a year slider. The visualization loads six CSV files asynchronously via `d3.queue`, then uses `d3.transition` for a two-second animated update of bar heights and axis. A range input triggers `draw()` on change, while `d3.scaleBand`, `d3.scaleLinear`, and `d3.scaleQuantile` handle positioning, scaling, and color mapping. The SVG rendering relies on `d3.axisLeft`, `d3.axisBottom`, and `.attr` transitions.
