A single circle follows the mouse cursor across a full-screen SVG canvas. The example uses D3 v7’s `select` and `append` methods to create the SVG and circle element, then listens for `mousemove` events on the SVG to update the circle’s `cx` and `cy` attributes with the cursor’s coordinates. The page has no margins and hides overflow, so the interaction fills the entire viewport.
