Hundreds of small circles, each with random positioning and semi-transparent RGB fills, form layered, overlapping halos around the figure. Built with React and rendered to SVG, the visualization uses nested `Array.map` iterations to generate the scatter pattern and inline `Math.random()` calls to control each circle’s coordinates, color, and opacity against a black background.
