This fork of “Hello HTML” presents a simple, static SVG smiley face: a yellow circle with a black stroke and two filled circles for eyes. The drawing is rendered through the SVG API inside an `index.html` file, using absolute coordinates for the circle elements. The code sets explicit styles for the body, such as zero margin and hidden overflow, to neatly frame the graphic on a 960 by 500 canvas. No dynamic data or interaction is involved; it is purely a hand-coded, static visual.
