This example displays a static Cars Report page with a large, centered test message rendered on a dark blue background. It uses plain DOM manipulation via `document.getElementById` to set text content, with the application logic separated into an ES module that imports a placeholder `cars` export. Styling relies on standard CSS with an external Ubuntu font import, and the page loads through a bundled `bundle.js` file. The visualization does not yet render any car-related data or interactive charts.
