A proportional pie chart maps the composition of four technology categories—AI, Advanced Construction and Digital, Energy, and Biotechnology—across European countries. Each country’s pie slice represents the count of SME projects in that category, with pies shown only when all four values are present. Built with the `eurostat-map` library, the visualization uses `pieChart`, `statData`, and `updateStatValues` to render SVG country-level pies, with a legend and a button to download the resulting SVG file.
