A fork of "Let's make a face with D3.js!" draws a smiley face with ears, eyes, eyebrows, a nose, whiskers, and a mouth using SVG shapes. The eyebrows animate upward and then back down via chained `transition` calls over two seconds each. The code uses d3-select, d3-arc for the mouth path, and SVG circle, rect, and path elements. A green background is applied to the page body.
