This interactive line chart visualizes cumulative COVID-19 deaths over time for each country, using data from the Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Dataset. A dropdown menu allows switching between countries, while a separate selector toggles between linear and logarithmic Y-axis scales. The chart highlights the selected country’s line in red and shows a tooltip with the death count and date. Built with React and D3 v5, it uses a Voronoi overlay for hover detection and SVG paths for rendering the time series.
