It shows a text summary reporting the dataset’s approximate file size in kilobytes (rounded), row count, and column count. The code loads the data with D3 v7’s `d3.csv` method and formats it using `d3.csvFormat` to compute the file size, then displays the result in an HTML `<pre>` element.
