This bubble chart visualizes the correlation between average horsepower, torque, and highway MPG for various car makes. Each bubble’s position reflects horsepower and torque, while its size encodes highway MPG and its color identifies the manufacturer. The D3.js v7 code uses `d3.scaleLinear` for axes and bubble scaling, `d3.scaleOrdinal` for color mapping, and an interactive tooltip that appears on mouseover. Animated SVG elements and a legend for MPG values are also included.
