This fork of a simple world map displays country boundaries and a graticule using the Natural Earth projection. It loads TopoJSON data from the visionscarto-world-atlas package and converts it to GeoJSON with `topojson.feature`. The visualization uses `d3.geoNaturalEarth1`, `d3.geoPath`, and `d3.geoGraticule` to render the map and outline. React manages state for asynchronous data fetching, and the map is drawn as SVG paths within a full-window container.
