This fork of a bubble chart visualizes the correlation between average torque, horsepower, and highway MPG for various car makes. Each circle is positioned by horsepower and torque, sized by highway MPG, and colored by car make using an ordinal scale with `d3.interpolateTurbo`. The SVG chart includes interactive tooltips on mouseover, a size legend for MPG values, and a color legend. Data is loaded from a CSV file and rendered with D3 v7 scales and axes.
