This example renders a map of Europe using SVG paths generated from GeoJSON data. The visualization applies a Mercator projection centered on the continent, with each feature outlined in grey and filled with white. The code uses React for the page structure, D3 v5’s `d3.geoMercator` and `d3.geoPath` to convert geographic coordinates into drawable paths, and TopoJSON to load the geometries from a GitHub-hosted file.
