This example displays the text “Hello HTML” in large, centered type on a blank page. It is a minimal starting point for building web-based visualizations, using a plain HTML document with inline CSS for styling. A second file, intro.html, includes scripts for D3.js v4, d3-scale-chromatic, and d3-geo-projection, and sets up an empty SVG element where a geographic map could be rendered. The project serves as a template for exploring HTML and D3 capabilities.
