This example demonstrates a minimal D3 starter template that renders the text “Hello D3 version 7” centered on a blank page. It imports the `select` function from the D3 library and uses it to set the text content of the body element. The page loads D3 version 7.8.2 from a CDN, with all styling defined in a large font size, showing the basic setup for a D3 visualization.
