This example demonstrates the chapter’s “arrange tables” techniques on a dataset of 50 countries with CO₂, GDP, population, and energy metrics from 2016–2023. It shows three bar-chart orderings of the country key (alphabetical, by CO₂ per capita, and by derived percentage change), plus stacked and grouped country-by-year alignments, two heatmap matrices with natural and row-mean-sorted orders, and a radial bar chart of the top 11 countries. The code uses `d3.scaleBand`, `d3.scaleLinear`, `d3.axisBottom`, `d3.axisLeft`, and `d3.arc` to render SVG charts, reading data from a `v3` source and coloring parallel-coordinates lines by region.
