This example visualizes parking-related geographic data from the RDW open dataset, displaying points on a map of Dutch municipalities. The code fetches GeoJSON data, cleans and transforms it with custom utility functions, then renders circles using D3’s `geoMercator` projection and `geoPath`. It uses `d3.zoom` for pan and zoom interactions, while the base township boundaries come from a TopoJSON file, with hover effects styled via CSS transitions.
