This example shows a bar chart of order counts by state, using data loaded from a remote CSV file. The visualization renders an SVG with rotated axis labels, and the bars are colored with a custom fill. It demonstrates loading D3 via UNPKG, parsing CSV data with `d3.csv`, and building scales and axes with `d3.scaleBand`, `d3.scaleLinear`, `d3.axisBottom`, and `d3.axisLeft`. The code also includes an ES6 module example through a local `import`.
