This bubble chart displays the correlation between average horsepower, torque, and highway MPG across various car makes. Each circle’s position maps horsepower on the x-axis and torque on the y-axis, while its radius and color encode MPG and make, respectively. Built with D3 v7, it uses `d3.scaleLinear` for axes and bubble size, `d3.scaleOrdinal` for categorical colors, and SVG rendering. Interactive tooltips appear on mouseover using D3’s event handlers, and a legend shows MPG values. The underlying dataset is loaded from a CSV file.
