A bubble chart examines the relationship between average horsepower and torque for various car makes, with the size of each bubble encoding highway MPG, and color distinguishing different manufacturers. The visualization includes a legend for bubble size and color, and interactive tooltips that display the make of each vehicle on hover. Built with D3 v7, it uses `d3.scaleLinear` for axes and bubble sizing, `d3.scaleOrdinal` for color assignment, and `d3.interpolateTurbo` to generate a color palette. Data is loaded from a CSV file and rendered as animated SVG circles.
