This visualization presents a network of countries, where each node represents a nation and its size corresponds to life expectancy at the end of the selected year range. Node colors indicate geographic region, and edges connect countries with similar life expectancy trajectories, calculated using Pearson correlation over a user-selectable time window. Interactive controls allow filtering by year range, similarity threshold, and k-nearest neighbors, while a color legend enables highlighting or filtering specific regions. The implementation uses React for state management, D3.js for force-directed layout and SVG rendering, and fetches geographic region data from a GeoJSON source.
