The visualization uses a D3 Voronoi overlay, computed via `d3.Delaunay`, to capture mouse proximity and trigger the hover effect. Data comes from the CSSE at Johns Hopkins, loaded with `d3.csv`, and rendered as an SVG within a React framework.
