A single gray circle tracks the mouse cursor across an SVG canvas, updating its position in real time. Built with React, the app uses the `useState` hook to store the cursor’s coordinates and a `handleMouseMove` callback triggered by the SVG’s `onMouseMove` event to update them. Rendered without D3 or external data, the circle’s `cx` and `cy` attributes are bound directly to the state values.
