A blue rectangle and a lightblue circle slide horizontally across a blue background, looping back to the start when they exit the viewport. The animation uses `requestAnimationFrame` to update each element's CSS `left` position each frame. The `index.js` script manipulates the DOM directly via `getElementById`, while `styles.css` defines the shapes, hover scaling effects, and color changes. The source is noted as v3 by Ragav-K, and the rendered animation runs in plain HTML and JavaScript without external libraries.
