Each part—`BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, `Mouth`, and `FaceContainer`—is a separate React function component, composed together in `Face`. The `FaceContainer` sets the SVG dimensions and translates a group to center the face, while D3 v7 handles the arc path generation.
