This example initializes a geographic data visualization of the world by fetching a TopoJSON dataset from the `visionscarto-world-atlas` package. The code loads the JSON using the `json` function from `d3-fetch` and imports `topojson-client` to log the data to the console. It sets up an HTML container with a header, but currently renders no map, instead serving as a scaffold.
