This dashboard visualizes an internship dataset, showing the average pay by state and the number of applications by status. Users can click a bar in the status chart to filter the state chart by that status, with a reset button clearing the filter. Built with React and D3 v7, it renders SVG charts using `d3.rollups` for aggregation, `d3.scaleBand` and `d3.scaleLinear` for scales, and `d3.select` to manage the DOM. Data is loaded from a remote CSV file hosted on GitHub.
