This interactive SVG choropleth map visualizes EU allocations to small and medium enterprises (in million euros) across Swiss NUTS-3 regions, with a gray fill marking zero or missing values. The eurostat-map library loads the SVG map with a scale of 20M and joins it to a CSV budget dataset, applying a threshold classification (0.1–30) and a legend. Responsive insets and a custom tooltip adapt to window width, and a button downloads the rendered map as an SVG file via XMLSerializer.
