This example renders a donut chart of CSS named colors using React for component structure and D3 v7 for data loading and shape generation. It loads a CSV of color names and RGB values via `d3.csv`, then uses `d3.pie` and `d3.arc` to compute and draw the sectors as SVG paths, each filled with its corresponding color. While the data loads, a large "Loading.." message appears, and the final visualization fills the viewport with a single multi-colored ring.
