This example visualizes the correlation between torque, horsepower, and highway MPG for various car makes using an animated bubble chart. D3.js (v7) renders SVG circles positioned by scaled torque and horsepower axes, with bubble size representing MPG values and colors assigned per car make through a scaleOrdinal. The chart includes interactive tooltips that display the car make on hover, plus legends for bubble size and color categories. Data is loaded from a local CSV file using `d3.csv`.
