This fork of “Let's Make a Face Part I” displays a half-completed smiley face: a yellow, black-outlined face circle with two dark eye circles, but no mouth or other features. The graphic is drawn as raw SVG elements directly in an `index.html` file, using `circle` tags with explicit pixel coordinates and styling, and imports React to log the library to the console via `index.js` without affecting the rendered drawing.
