This example presents a blank HTML page with a large, centered message area, though no text or data is currently rendered. The minimal setup includes a CSS style rule for the message class and an empty body element. The project depends on D3.js version 6.6.1 as listed in the package manifest, but the visible code does not invoke any D3 APIs. It serves as a fork of the HTML starter template, demonstrating a bare structure for future visualization development.
