This visualization plots missing migrant incidents on a natural Earth projection map using React and D3 v5. Semi-transparent circles, scaled by square root of the total dead and missing count, mark incident locations overlaid on land and graticule paths drawn with `d3.geoPath`. The dataset comes from a CSV of global migrant incidents in 2019, while country boundaries use TopoJSON from the world-atlas package.
