This bubble chart visualizes the correlation between engine displacement (CC), maximum speed, and highway MPG across a dataset of motorcycles, with bubble size representing MPG and color indicating the manufacturer. Built with D3.js v7, it renders as SVG and uses a linear scale for both axes. Interactivity includes tooltips on mouseover, implemented with event handlers that adjust the tooltip’s position and opacity, while legends detail the MPG scale and manufacturer color coding. The data is loaded from a CSV file named `bubblechart.csv`.
