This visualization displays a transformation map tracking projected values across years (2022–2024) using animated circles and a color-coded legend. The current state circle renders at the bottom, while future states are positioned within the map area. Built with D3 v7, the code uses `d3.select` for SVG rendering, custom modules like `DrawCircleState` and `colorLegend`, and applies `transition().duration(1000)` for smooth animations. Data comes from a CSV file processed through `d3.tsv` and `d3.json` utilities, with a color scale using `scaleOrdinal` and `schemeCategory10`.
