A fork of the HTML starter renders a yellow smiley face as a React component. The face is drawn with SVG circles for the head and eyes, and a black mouth created using the D3 `arc` generator. The app uses ReactDOM to mount the component into the DOM, with D3 v6 providing the arc path generator. All shapes are positioned relative to a central translation, with fixed pixel dimensions for the viewport.
