This example summarizes the metadata of an employee dataset loaded from a remote CSV file. It uses D3.js v7’s `d3.csv` to fetch the data, then calculates and displays the file size in kilobytes, the total row count, and the number of columns. The computed metrics are presented as text inside a `<pre>` element, while a background SVG image (ICE-5) and hyperlinks provide context and access to the raw dataset.
