The visualization displays a series of small multiple bar charts, one for each baby name, showing the count of occurrences per year as revealed in the data.csv file. Each chart plots the data with a linear scale for the year and count axes. The code uses d3.nest to group data by name, d3.scaleLinear and d3.axisBottom/axisLeft for axes, and d3.line to draw a line for each name’s trend, rendered in SVG.
